Above and Beyond Our technical team received an urgent request from a client whose home was burgled this past Saturday (24/08/2024). After hearing this sad news our technical team was dispatched on Sunday morning to add cameras on the outer perimeter of the home as it was believed the suspects parked in a blind spot . After contacting multiple companies who could only attend to it on Monday morning. A family member of the client recommended Proteqtus and the client contacted our control room and explained the situation and a standby technical team was dispatched. After the installation our technicians ensured that all systems including the alarm and electric fence was working properly and advised on maintainace where needed. The client was extremely greatful as they felt unsafe after this incident and believed they would not get a good night sleep until it was done.
