Falomo Senior High, Wahab Folawiyo Senior High, and Birrel Avenue Senior High, all part of our Chess4Change initiative, had impressive outings in the top 40 at the Ecobank National Schools Team Chess Championship. Isaac Okeke, a Chess4Change alumnus, has made significant strides in the Nigerian chess scene. He led Team UNILAG to victory, securing first place in both the NUGA 2022 and the Ecobank National Schools Team Chess Championship, and became Nigeria’s youngest International Master at 17.
