We’re excited to have wrapped up the cohort 4 of our Sourcing Camp! For 6 weeks, we had learning sessions, practical sessions, mastermind groups, a mid-cohort social, and a capstone project. Participants in this cohort were a mix of students, recent graduates and experienced recruiters/HR professionals. We loved the dedication throughout and the learning opportunity holding this camp offers even us as a team. Sourcing is one of those niche skills you don’t really pick up in school, or even most HR roles. Which is why many people stumble into it by chance. By running this camp, we wanted to make it easier to find and grow the right people. Even if being a talent sourcer isn't a path you want to pursue, the skills picked up are transferrable to other areas like business development, sales and job search. Big thanks to everyone for being part of this!🎉 Want to know when next we’re recruiting? Join the waitlist here: https://tally.so/r/mY4VWz

If you're wondering what talent sourcing is all about, this should help. ⬇️ It's a specialized type of recruiting focused on finding and engaging candidates who may be a good hire for a company. It has emerged as a new job over the last decade, separate from recruiting. Why Talent Sourcing? 🎯 It's an essential skill for today's career environment. Whether you're job hunting, seeking mentors, building professional relationships, or exploring new opportunities, we’ll teach you how to gain a competitive edge and stand out from the crowd. 🎯 Talent Sourcers constantly learn about different jobs and companies, and the role can be just as lucrative as other tech careers. 🎯 Asides offering flexibility, which makes it easy to work remotely, Talent Sourcing is a high demand skill, especially as companies expand from local to global hiring. Does this sound like something you'd like to try out? If yes, go ahead and apply for our Sourcing Camp cohort: https://tally.so/r/mDeRGl Even if you're a student, and do not have a recruiting experience or never heard about sourcing before, we encourage you to apply. Application deadline: August 18th, 2024. Feel free to ask questions in the comments.
