We would be 3years in three days!🥳🥳
The Bug Detective Turns 3 in three days! 🎉 In three days, The Bug Detective (TBD) turns three, and what a journey it’s been! Over these years, I’ve learned some of the most profound lessons: resilience, patience, and kindness, especially toward myself and others. I've learned not to take things too personally, to speak only when there’s value in what I have to say, letting go of the need to respond to every unpleasant situation and to keep going even when the path isn’t clear. With TBD, I’ve experienced the power of compounding effort. Compounding interest, I’ve realized, is not just about finance; it’s about showing up, even on the toughest days. It’s about pushing forward when the results don’t make sense yet, trusting that the work will pay off. There have been moments of great applause and success, but there have also been days of quiet tears. Yet, both have taught me the value of persistence. We've built a platform that has opened doors for so many, helping people land jobs, get promoted, and build careers. We’ve trained thousands for free, without collecting a dime! fuelled by the belief in a mission much larger than ourselves. And every time someone says, “Thank you, Abby, I got the job!” I’m reminded that the sacrifices we make daily, though unseen by the world, are seen by God and the impact lasts beyond me. TBD started as a small idea in a corner of my room, and today, it has reached nations I’ve never been to and people I may never meet. To anyone starting something new and unsure of where it will lead, remember this: success is often born from the consistency of showing up, trying, and failing, until it all comes together. The journey won’t always be easy, but it will always be worth it. Here’s to three years of doing, failing, learning, and excelling. We’ve only scratched the surface. Cheers to what’s next! 🎉 #TheBugDetective #3YearsOfImpact #Growth #Resilience #Quality #softwaretesting #CommunityBuilding #Tech #QA #ImpactBeyondBoundaries #Consistency
