Within 3 banking days of signing the Escrow Agreement, the seller shall send via email Proof of Product (POP) Documentation including a Pro-forma Invoice Within 2 banking days of the buyer receiving seller’s Pro-forma Invoice, the buyer shall make an escrow deposit of funds equivalent to the transaction value by wire transfer to the escrow agent’s nominated bank account. Within 10 banking days of the escrow agent confirming the escrow deposit, the seller will organize and arrange for the Carriage and Insurance Paid (CIP) Export of Gold Shipment from Point of Origin to Buyer’s/destination XXX International Airport. Seller shall send all documents pertaining to the consignment including Commercial Invoice, Insurance, Certificate of Origin, Export permits, Ownership Certificates, Custom Clearance, Analysis report and Airway bill to the Buyer 72hours before cargo reaches destination. Within 48 hours after final assay report including weight and quality, the Buyer will authorize the escrow agent to transfer full settlement via wire transfer to Seller’s designated bank account. Upon confirmation of receipt of funds by the Seller on their designated Bank Account, Buyer shall take Ownership and Title of the Gold. Upon final assay at the buyer’s refinery, buyer and seller shall do final settlement after which seller shall issue the final invoice for endorsement by the buyer.
