On this day, 1st October 1960, Nigeria gained her independence. Our 64 years of Independence signifies the freedom to govern ourselves, foster unity in diversity, and harness our rich cultural heritage for collective progress. Let’s remember that true independence is not just political, but also economic and social—building a nation where every citizen thrives. Together, we continue to shape the future of Nigeria.
