This can be as simple as deciding to focus on your breath during stressful moments or choosing to be present during interactions with others. 2.Engage Your Senses: Throughout the day, take moments to pause and engage your senses. Notice the smells, sounds, and sights around you. This can help anchor you in the present moment. 3.Practice Acceptance: Mindfulness involves observing your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
