#Entrepreneurs! #HR! #Managers! Gather here🇳🇬🆘 Before you jump on the #igbomustgo or #YorubaRonu train, here are 3 facts you should know! 1. According to a Gallup Report, workplaces with significant internal divisions, particularly demographic discrimination experience 25% higher employee turnover rates. This turnover can cost businesses up to 150% of an employee's annual salary in lost productivity and hiring costs. 2. Research from the University of Michigan indicates that companies with strong internal silos and #tribalism see a 30% reduction in #innovation output. This is because employees are less likely to share ideas and collaborate across teams. 3. McKinsey & Company reported that organizations with high levels of internal conflict and tribalism can see a 15% reduction in overall financial performance compared to more cohesive companies. ———— Protect your business and teams today! Ethnic superiority is the belief that one's #ethnic group is superior to another. Nigerians, believing in the superiority of one ethnicity over another is not just harmful—it’s dangerous. This mindset fuels division, #discrimination, and conflict, undermining the fabric of our shared peace. Consequences include: 1. Social Fragmentation: Ethnic superiority drives wedges between communities, fostering hatred and misunderstanding. 2. Human Rights Violations: It often leads to systemic discrimination, violence, and even atrocities against marginalized groups. 3. Lost Opportunities: A society divided by ethnic bias misses out on the richness that diversity brings—creativity, innovation, and collaboration. Let’s build a future where everyone, regardless of their ethnicity, can thrive together. ✊🏽✊🏿✊🏻 For training on #CulturalCompetency, contact us at +2347053067902. #UnityInDiversity #igbomustgo #EndRacism #HumanRights #EqualityForAll #TogetherWeRise

🚫Tribalism often emphasizes the “us versus them” mentality, creating divisions within a society. When people prioritize their tribal affiliations over national or communal goals, it becomes difficult to build a cohesive society working towards shared objectives. This fragmentation can lead to conflict, mistrust, and a lack of cooperation, which are detrimental to development efforts. Salt House stands for equitable development. However, this CANNOT be achieved through ethnic targeting. — We have some questions for you to ponder on 💡 1. Do you think ethnic targeting leads to development? 2. As a nation, should resources be distributed based on merit, tribal entitlement or sympathy? — For more information and training, contact us at community@salthouse.africa or +2347053067902 on WhatsApp to get started. #salthouse #igbomustgo #tribalism #development #inclusion
