I've always been a bit sceptical about ongoing inflammation in virally suppressed people with HIV - there are so many other drivers of inflammation taht are over-represented in this population. HOWEVER, some of the work on gp120 is making think I may have been wrong (I know right?!) and I am really excited to be sharing a stage with Andrés Finzi at #HIVGlasgow2024 for the Academic Medical Education symposium "The Devil Wears gp120".
