"We have a wide range of product categories: from work gloves, clothing, and shoes to head protection, eye protection, first aid supplies, and more. Selling all those safety products is highly complex, especially considering that Safety Science is a full degree program. Customers can’t be experts in everything." -Joost Rust, owner of CoolSafety Even in B2B, customers don’t always know exactly which product they need. That’s why the CoolSafety team is committed to unburdening customers by making product advice easily accessible. We’re thrilled they’re using Aiden for this. 👏 Now they: → Achieve conversion rates of 20-26% → Launched 9 product finders for different product categories 🥾 → Diversify CoolSafety in a market dominated by mass production and marketplaces With 12 more product finders in the works, we figured it was high time to talk to Joost and Coolsafety's marketing manager Frederik about their experience with Aiden. New clients often ask us where they should place their brand new product finder. The only right answer is... it shouldn’t be in just one place. Here's a list of 9 great spots for your product finders: 1️⃣ At the top of your category page 2️⃣ On the product detail page 3️⃣ In a content page 4️⃣ In a single page 5️⃣ In your site’s search results 6️⃣ In the navigation of your website 7️⃣ As a pop-up trigger 8️⃣ In your newsletter 9️⃣ In your service chatbot To be fair, the right placement also depends on the purpose of your product finder. Think about it: are you helping your visitors select the right product or offering style advice? A selection guide should at least be on your category and product detail pages, while style advice might be a better fit on a content page. Want more inspiration or need help increasing the impact of your product finders? We’re here to help - and take away choice paralysis for you, too! 😉

Woohoo! We’re excited to announce that one of our most requested features is live today! Our new add-to-cart feature is now available on all Aiden plans. 🛒 You can now show an add-to-cart button on each advised product, removing unnecessary clicks to buy. 🛍️ No worries, your customers can also still view all product details if they want to. This feature comes just in time for Black Friday and helps you get the most out of the e-commerce peak season. As always, your feedback and ideas for further development are much appreciated. We've got you covered. 🫡 Good luck preparing for the busiest season of the year!

It can be frustrating for your customers to discover that their preferred product is out of stock. But sometimes, that specific product truly is their perfect match. The struggle is real… But not anymore with our latest feature 😎 You can now choose whether to prioritize in-stock products in your advice. Or do the opposite! Sometimes the best product for your customers is available in your warehouse, but in other situations, you might need to backorder it from your supplier. Now you can decide what’s most important for your store and customers: → The suitability of a product → The availability of a product → Both the suitability and availability Customize your availability settings in 'Matching' -> 'Advice settings' in Aiden. How does that sound? 🤩

At Aiden, we want to make great advice available to everyone, because it’s often underestimated. Online shoppers appreciate it when they receive help. Not sure about that? We’ve gathered some Trustpilot reviews of customers who used a product finder on one of 'our' stores. Cheers to many more 5-star reviews for our clients 🫶

A long-requested feature is here 📢 We’ve released a new way to translate your guided selling apps and make them available in different languages and countries. In just a few simple steps you can create multiple versions of your app in different languages: 1. Duplicate your existing guided selling app 2. Translate the duplicated version via CSV 3. Replace the catalog with the local version 4. Embed the translated app on your online store You can find this new feature in your app's settings page in the ‘Translations’ tab. The world is yours 😜 Guided selling will help you support your (local) online shoppers. Now go and expand your business!

We want you to succeed and to grow the impact of guided selling for your store. That’s why you can track your apps' performance in the Aiden Impact Dashboard. It helps you understand the impact of your product finders on sales and conversions. The dashboard gives you everything that Google Analytics can't 😍 - You can see whether customers buy recommended products - You can see which products are recommended, clicked, and purchased - You can see how much time it takes between receiving an advice and making a purchase - You can see the exact conversion rate from advice to purchase Our team wrote a step-by-step guide on how to activate the Impact Dashboard. Find it in our Help Center!
