Here are a few tips to help Make Reading Tasks Manageable So You & Your Learners Don’t Get Overwhelmed. Frist: Break reading assignments into small, manageable portions: that involves 1. Understand what you need to do: Start by understanding the scope of the reading. How many pages or chapters are assigned? What are the main topics or sections? 2. Check the time available: Divide the pages or sections according to available time. For example, reading 100 pages a day might require reading 20 pages per day. 3. Create a routine: Create a schedule that you can follow and ask someone to help you create a schedule. Getting someone involved can help you to be more accountable and also inspired to achieve your reading goals. Second: Starting early 1. Reduces Stress and Anxiety: Starting early gives you more time to work at a steady pace, prevents rushing, which can lead to stress and burnout. 2. "I like KEKO Summer Camp because we were treated nicely, we had fun and we got to build a castle." (Campers) KEKO Island Kids Summer Camp was to end with four groups of children and parents set for ‘The Castle Building Challenge’. But there was an interesting twist when facilitators joined the challenge. The atmosphere, engagement and competitive spirit will be unforgettable! Thanks to our delightful and able judges Oyindamola Egbeyemi - Director of Programs and Coordinator | M.CloD and Adesola Osuntoki - Lawyer/Medicolegal Expert. In addition to their daily jobs, both ladies are passionate about education, and they support children to improve academic excellence and achieve potential. The judges set the criteria and used their keen eyes to scrutinize each group's castle. Which is the tallest. most creative, versatile and so much more. Excitement and suspense filled the air as everyone waited for the verdict. Thank you for joining us and making it an amazing day. We love you 🥰 The castles were all gorgeous. But as it is in the Olympics games, only one group can take first place. Can you guess which of the groups took first place - Sophia, Crystal, Diamond or Precious? Takeaway! Children and adults will remember fun stuff more than boring stuff. So do more fun stuff and include them in school tasks. See you all again!
