We are an Amsterdam-based global NGO supporting community-led urban change through cycling.
Over ons
We are an Amsterdam-based global NGO guided by the belief that bicycles transform cities and cities transform the world. We envision an urban future in which half of city trips are by bicycle by the end of the decade. To help achieve this, we facilitate the development of bicycle cultures in cities across the world, striving towards this bold vision that we call 50x30.

Thank you for your efforts in highlighting our cycling work in India! 🚲 BYCS India Foundation
India faces a unique paradox: despite a long history of cycling, modern urban development has made this eco-friendly mode of transport less accessible and more dangerous. 🚲 The BYCS Foundation explores the challenges and opportunities for cycling in India's cities, highlighting the role of policy, infrastructure, and urban planning in creating a safer, greener, and more sustainable environment for all. Curious to learn how India can turn this paradox into progress? Check out the article here: 👇 https://lnkd.in/e4MCDdVf #SustainableIndia Dr. Bhairrvi Joshi, Matrushri P. Shetty, Felix John 🚲

#fietsen #Haarlem Gemeente Haarlem D66 Haarlem #allpoliticsislocal
