The idea of a CERN for AI has now been widely accepted. Successful convolve Plenary Meeting in Murcia! The Convolve project is in its final year, and we just wrapped up a fantastic plenary meeting on February 27-28, 2025, hosted by our amazing partners at the Computer Science Faculty, University of Murcia (FIUM). 🔹 Day 1 was all about updates: each work package leader presented the latest results, plans, and action points. A key focus was on the two moonshot demos—one Chip with tapeout and one FPGA version—as well as the point demos planned for the project’s final phase. 🔹 Day 2 featured in-depth breakout sessions (6 meetings in 2 parallel tracks), where we tackled crucial technical challenges and defined clear next steps. Beyond the technical deep dive, we also enjoyed a beautiful city walk through Murcia, followed by a fantastic dinner. A big thank you to our wonderful hosts, Alexandra and Alberto, for their hospitality and seamless organisation!
