Congratulations to Ole Richter on being awarded his doctoral degree last week after successfully defending his thesis on Synaptic Circuits and Functions in Bio-inspired Integrated Architectures. 🎓🥳 And congratulations to his supervisors Elisabetta Chicca and Herbert Jaeger. His research examined the design of hardware components and systems to establish a technological foundation for the application of future breakthroughs in the intersection of AI and neuroscience. The other seminar last week was Hardware for Neuromorphic Sensing, Processing and Learning by Prof. Bernabé Linares-Barranco. 🧠 An insightful session and a great turnout on 14 October.
