𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧 𝐛𝐢𝐣 𝐝𝐞 𝐊𝐅𝐂 𝐑𝐆𝐌 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐞 Elk jaar zetten wij bij KFC Nederland alle restaurant managers (RGM’s) in het zonnetje tijdens de KFC RGM Conventie. Een dag vol positieve energie waarin we terugkijken op een mooi maar uitdagend jaar, workshops organiseren, awards uitreiken, maar met name onze managers en hun teams bedanken.    Ontzettend trots dat ik alweer voor de derde keer de RGM #1 award mocht uitreiken aan de restaurant manager die de beste resultaten heeft behaald. Dit jaar is Rashieda Soebratie de terechte winnaar. Rashieda heeft, met haar “People at the Heart” mentaliteit, een zeer getalenteerd en gemotiveerd team gesmeed waar de passie iedere dag van afstraalt!   Grote dank aan Saskia Wester, Tim Bos, Tamara van Beelen, Michael Jones en alle Collins Foods Europe collega’s die met deze gigantische productie een topevenement hebben neergezet. KFC restaurants Almelo en Steenwijk zijn volledig energieneutraal! KFC Nederland

𝗞𝗙𝗖 𝗥𝗚𝗠 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 On the 21st and 22nd of May, we hosted our KFC RGM Convention at @𝗛𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗹 𝗞𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗳 in Veldhoven. This wonderful event brought together all our restaurant managers (RGM’s) from KFC Netherlands, our Franchise Partners, RSC colleagues, and Sponsors, who always play a significant role in making this convention happen!   The first day included an MT presentation, an inspiring talk by Tom Coronel, and several excellent and practical workshops. In the evening, we enjoyed drinks and snacks at the bar with music provided by DJ Dieter Valpoort, our talented in-house DJ, providing a chance to socialize with everyone. Following this, our Award Dinner Show began. What a fantastic show it was, with outstanding winners! INTERNATIONAL WOMEN's DAY at Collins Foods Europe! Today, we gathered both in person and online at our Restaurant Support Center (RSC) to celebrate International Women's Day. We discussed not only the importance of inspiring women but also Inclusion as a whole and emphasized its significance. We look back at a very successful Collins Foods Europe convention 2024! Recently the CFE Restaurant Support Centre teams from both the Netherlands and Germany kicked off the new year with our annual convention in Maastricht. We reflected on the achievements of 2023 and spent time sharing our goals for 2024 as well as taking the opportunity to celebrate our colleagues. This year our management team opted for a visual presentation sharing key messages in pictures which was supported by Ferry Tekent | De Tekenende Accountant . This was followed with a Visual Thinking workshop by Ferry Tekent for all our team. The workshop provided a new perspective on presenting information and allows us to support our work in a more creative way in the future. Thank you Ferry for this great workshop! After a cave tour, the evening was reserved for our Award Show dinner at the great venue Rebelle. Sevda Guzel was recognized as our Collins Way Award winner for 2023, being a fitting recognition for her dedication over the past year. Other winners include: Tim van Dorst (Positive Impact Award), Gabriella Ipek (Customer Driven Award), Wessley Berbers (Innovation Mindset Award), Joey Fiege (Operational Excellence Award), Livia Ghita (Ownership Award), and Fabiola Kooreman (People at the Heart Award). Again congratulations to all!! The evening ended with a party, where DJ Dieter Valpoort, also a colleague, provided the musical entertainment. In short, a successful gathering that we look back on with satisfaction. We can't wait for the next event!
