Swiss TV Show Einstein features the Concord Birth Trolley at Kantonsspital St. Gallen The Swiss science program Einstein, aired on SRF - Schweizer Radio und Fernsehen, featured our Concord Birth Trolley in an episode exploring advancements in #neonatalcare. The segment highlights the Concord Birth Flow & Trolley at Kantonsspital St.Gallen. In the feature (minutes 21:30 to 26:07), viewers can see how our solution contributes to improving outcomes by enabling immediate support close to mom with the #umbilicalcord intact. Dr. Andreas Malzacher, Head of Neonatology: "The wonder of nature of a birth remains to be very impressive. We now use the placenta and the mother as a heart-lung machine, until the newborn baby is stable enough to clamp and cut the umbilical cord." St. Antonius Hospital celebrates 250th Concord Birth! Since the fall of 2022, St. Antonius Hospital in The Netherlands has implemented the Concord Birth Flow as the first general hospital with a level 2 neonatal care unit worldwide. From the start they have implemented Physiological-Based Cord Clamping into routine clinical practice, deploying a total of three Concord Birth Trolley’s. Now, in early October 2024, the hospital celebrated the 250th Concord Birth Flow together with the team, the parents and baby Linde, who received a special onesie to mark this milestone.
