  • We are proud to present to you: our brand movie. Two months ago we launched our rebranding, presenting our brand Dapper. We were deciding on a way how to launch, you might have seen some of it. Our renewed socials, the billboard next to Rotterdam Centraal. We have kept one from you, we proudly present our brand movie. Enjoy, Dapper.

  • What comes to mind when you hear "soda"? Probably; Coca-Cola. 🥤 How about "fast food"? Probably; McDonald's. 🍔 At Dapper, we hope that when you think of B2B Growth Marketing, the first name that pops into your mind is us - Dapper, The Growth Agency. We're striving to establish that level of category leadership or Niche Fame, as we like to call it here. Here's the thing: the difference between medium-sized companies like ours (and maybe yours) and giants like Coca-Cola and McDonald's is scale. They need to be famous worldwide to a major audience. We have a more specific target. For Dapper, we focus on B2B companies in The Netherlands and Belgium with 20-200 FTEs. And in these companies, we focus on marketing leaders and founders. That's a niche of around 30-40K people we aim to become famous within. Our goal is simple: we want this group to know who we are and what problems we solve.   • 📈 Long-term strategy over tactics Nowadays, it is common for companies to prioritize short-term tactics over strategy, trying to “growth” hack their way through the use of fancy tools and technologies; However, they often overlook a vital element, which is none other than: …a clearly defined marketing strategy… Don’t get us wrong; at Dapper, we leverage numerous growth hacking tactics and acknowledge their value; However, we believe that a solid strategy should always be developed first. 🤔 But what do we mean by strategy? To make sure you have the right strategy set up, you must be able to answer the following questions: 1. Who is your ideal customer, or, in other words, your ICP? 📌 Who are you seeking to sell and talk to? 2. What are you trying to tell them? 📌 What is your brand story & narrative? 📌What sets you apart from competitors? So, if you want to go out there and tell the world who you are, you need to first understand: ✔️ Who are you talking to ✔️What are you trying to tell them Because, after all, If you don’t have a clear strategy in mind, you can use all the fanciest growth hacks out there, but you still won’t manage to grow.
