**Scroll down for English** WEEKEND VAN DE WETENSCHAP Op 5 oktober van 13:00 tot 17:00 zijn wij aanwezig bij het Weekend van de Wetenschap, gehost door 4TU.Federation in het AMS Institute, Marineterrein Amsterdam. Hier geven we een kijkje in de innovaties van Delft Hyperloop en de volgende stappen die we zullen nemen. We presenteren een schaalmodel dat de werking van magnetische voortstuwing en levitatie laat zien. Daarnaast hebben we een unieke VR-ervaring, waarbij bezoekers de binnenkant van een hyperloop kunnen verkennen. Als multidisciplinair team van 40 studenten van de TU Delft geloven wij in de hyperloop visie en streven we ernaar om zowel onze generatie als de volgende te inspireren. We will share the technical breakthroughs that Delft Hyperloop is developing and the next steps we will take. We'll be showcasing a scale model that demonstrates magnetic propulsion and levitation, along with a VR experience where visitors can explore the inside of a hyperloop. As a multi-disciplinary team consisting of 40 students from TU Delft, we believe in the hyperloop vision and try to inspire our generation and the next generation to join us in our journey. With the recent opening of the European Hyperloop Center in Veendam, the Northern Netherlands has become the epicenter of hyperloop development. EHW AFTERMOVIE! It has been a month since we participated in the yearly European Hyperloop Week, a Hyperloop competition where over 25 student teams participate to show the world who has built the best Hyperloop pod prototype. This EHW after movie gives a little insight into what the European Hyperloop Week looked like for us! From preparations in Delft and Zurich to Scruteneering (showing the safety of the pod) and the actual competition week up until the award ceremony. During these weeks we had many ups and downs and we are incredibly proud of how the team pushed through and managed to win 3 awards: the Technical Full-Scale Award, the Infrastructure Award, and the Thermal Management Award! 🇳🇱 Hoe was jouw zomer? Veel Delftse studenten deden in de zomer recordpogingen met de mobiliteitstechnologie waar ze een jaar aan gewerkt hebben. Delta zette de resultaten op een rijtje: Hydro Motion, Eco-Runner, Delft Hyperloop en Project March. 🇬🇧 How was your summer? Many Delft students made record attempts over the summer with the mobility technology they have been developing for a year. EHW RECAP After many months of preparation and hard work for the European Hyperloop Week, we finally presented all our findings, designs, and our system! We are thrilled to announce that we are the first organization to perform a scalable Hyperloop lane switch without moving elements! Additionally, we are very proud to have won several awards at EHW: the Technical Full-Scale Award, the Infrastructure Award, and the Thermal Management Award! The team is incredibly proud of our accomplishments in Delft and Zurich. A huge thank you to all our partners for making this incredible journey possible! Tijdens de European Hyperloop Week in Zürich strijden bijna 30 studententeams van universiteiten over de hele wereld voor de beste hyperloop prototypes. Samen proberen ze de ontwikkeling van hyperlooptechnologie te versnellen en realiteit te maken. Met hun pod, Helios III, zal het Delft Hyperloop-team tijdens de wedstrijden hun innovatieve baanwissel demonstreren. Ze strijden hiermee voor de felbegeerde Complete Systems Award! 💪 Tien maanden lang hebben de studenten gewerkt aan het ontwerp, de bouw en demonstratie van hun prototype. En wij hebben hen hierbij graag ondersteund met software, hardware en know-how. Veel succes, Delft Hyperloop-team!
