In the coming days, the complete spread will be transferred from Vlissingen to Rotterdam, where final preparations will take place for its campaign to start in October 2024 in Normandie (France). Last week, we achieved a significant milestone in the foundation industry. We successfully drilled the first ‘zero-emission pile’ using a classic Woltman 90DR with EHPU drive. This milestone marks the successful testing of the Electric-Hydraulic Power Unit, EHPU 1100e, a collaborative development between Dieseko, Gebr. van 't Hek, and Woltman Piling and Drilling Rigs. This EHPU 1100e enables the fully electric drive of a traditional diesel-driven Woltman drilling rig, including the stand-alone drive of various foundation equipment such as vibratory hammers, pressing machines and impact hammers up to 28 tons. This innovative solution paves the way for zero-emission operation across all foundation techniques. Dieseko Group’s 815C hammer will install pinpiles offshore. #DiesekoGroup’s most popular vibrohammer, the 815C, has been selected to install pinpiles subsea for an undisclosed project. The spread was ordered by #DCNdiving with whom preparations will start. It’s a wrap! Two weeks ago, #DiesekoGroup proudly announced our involvement in the pile installation for the world’s first commercial scale seaweed farm at HKZ-OWF in the North Sea. Today, we can inform you that 2 piles were already successfully installed last week, and the job has now been successfully completed. Each pile (11m embedded, 1,2m OD, weighing 10T) was installed -22m subsea with less than 30 minutes of vibration time each. We returned to shore after only one day of work, saving significant amounts of time and costs. The work was performed by one of our successful offshore ‘workhorses’, the 1412C vibrohammer, supervised by our (clients) experienced crew.   This success would not have been possible without the excellent organization by Doggerland Offshore and the trust of North Sea Farmers. Thank you for that and we’ll keep an eye on the development of this remarkable initiative. Het zit erop! Twee weken geleden kondigden we met trots onze betrokkenheid aan bij het installeren van de palen voor 's werelds eerste commerciële zeewierboerderij bij HKZ-OWF in de Noordzee. Er zijn vorige week 2 palen geïnstalleerd, hiermee is de klus succesvol afgerond. Elke paal (11m ingebed, 1,2m OD, 10 ton zwaar) werd 22m onder water geplaatst in minder dan 30 minuten trillingstijd. Na slechts één dag werk keerden we terug naar de wal, een aanzienlijke besparing van tijd en kosten. Het werk werd onder toeziend oog van ervaren bemanning uitgevoerd door één van onze offshore 'werkpaarden', de 1412C vibrohammer.   Dit succes was niet mogelijk geweest zonder de uitstekende organisatie door Doggerland-offshore en het vertrouwen van North Sea Farmers! Start small and achieve something big Dieseko Group is pleased to announce that we have been selected by DeepOcean to support the subsea decommissioning of the Chestnut Oil Field Well Head Protection Structure. Using the Dieseko Group 1412C Vibro Hammer, 320TU Clamping System, 900 Power Pack and hose reel, we will focus on retracting the Anchor Tech piles holding this structure to the seabed. All will be supported by our experienced offshore technicians taking care of (de)mobilization, site acceptance testing and operation & maintenance throughout the project.
