That’s why you are invited to join the free “Disruptorium” Friday next week, 28 of March, from 14:00 - 16:00 CET / 13:00 - 15:00 GMT. In this session 3 of our members will introduce Embodied Nonviolent Communication (NVC) or empathetic communication, integrating mindful awareness of the body with the principles of NVC. It’s for those who are already familiar with NVC and those who are new to it. This event will be hosted in Zoom, in English, with automatic caption.
