Tim joined Docklab in 2021 (back then called Blocklab) - his most significant achievement is building and expanding the platform Doctary. It enables companies in the shipping world to gain more insight and reduce risk in their supply chain. It allows them to perform transfers of ownership in a fully digitized, transparent and decentralized way. "At Docklab I get a lot of freedom to experiment with different tools, pipelines and languages. Aside from working with great and fun people, I love building automated testing and quality control systems for codebases, so that they can be used by many developers for a long time." Fun fact: In the weekends I play a very unknown sport called Floorball and often have to travel to the edges of our country to find an opponent team to play against. Fun fact 2: Some of my teeth are fake! #docklab #meettheteam

Excited to announce that today marks my first day Docklab! Thrilled to be joining this fast-paced, dynamic environment, especially as it’s so close to the port of this amazing city that I love. A little about me: I was born in the UK, originally Bosnian, and lived in the Middle East for nearly 15 years, so diversity and adaptability are part of my journey. Fun fact: I hold a Master of Arts in History! Looking forward to the exciting challenges ahead and to contributing my passion and skills to the team! #docklab #teampost #docklabteam

Last week, we had the pleasure of attending a networking event organized by the Rotterdam Port Promotion Council (RPPC) during Wereldhavendagen. The harbour tour was a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow entrepreneurs and businesses from across #Rotterdam and the maritime industry. A big thank you to Hedi Visscher and the #RPPC team for the invitation. It was exciting to see so many shared interests and opportunities for collaboration within our local business community. Looking forward to building on these new connections! 📷: Rotterdam Port Promotion Council #docklab #rppc #maritime #rotterdam #wereldhavendagen

Decarbonisation in shipping, emission monitoring, data integrations and financial management: all trending. Procurement of EUAs (emission rights): still a gap.
