Ensuring the highest quality in our design documentation is our top priority. Efficient control is therefore essential. We've begun to automate this process and have developed a new tool that checks for irrelevant standards, typos, spelling errors, and drawing conflicts (text/line intersections). This pre-review process significantly reduces turnaround time and ensures higher quality. #engineering #productivity #qualitycontrol #software

#Reconstruction of a natural gas thermal power plant's boiler house. The project replaced an obsolete #steam boiler with a new fire-tube steam boiler. The new one should have capacity of at least 20 t/h steam and an operating pressure of up to 1.3 MPa. Services included: #equipment selection, #piping and #HVAC design, #structural engineering, and #construction supervision. #BIM models in #Revit were created for: • Architecture and structure of the existing building • New steel raised walkway service platform • New HVAC systems • Boilers and #pipes #Navisworks is used for #clashes detection and efficient communication among team members and with the client.

What's the most remarkable project you've had the privilege of working on? For us, it's FENIX, the world's first museum that presents migration through the architecture and the art. Designed by the visionary MAD architects, this breathtaking building in Rotterdam is already making waves globally, even before its opening. We're incredibly proud to be a part of steel structural detailing team. Our scope of work included: ✅Modelling and drawing: Spaceframe, staircase, and platform ✅Workshop drawings: Glass roof and elevator shaft We can’t wait to see FENIX come to life and share its powerful message with the world. #BIM #Tekla #Structuraldesign #steeldetailing

The parking garage design featured non-standard curvilinear shapes, a complex slope system, and intricate curvilinear wall shapes. During the modeling process, we conducted a thorough design audit, identifying and correcting discrepancies in the supplied drawings. The final model was delivered in IFC format for seamless integration with other design disciplines. #BIM #IFC #Revit #2d3d #3dmodeling
