A throwback to our Trainers Day in July! 🌞On this day, our Fairspace team came together to connect and participate in insightful workshops on facilitation skills (by Rianne Doorneweerd) and anti-racism (by Sharon Chigozie Ubani and Esteban van der Wolf). It was inspiring to see the teamwork during the exercises and the conversations that took place. Fairspace hit the ground running at student fairs in Nijmegen, Rotterdam and Amsterdam, engaging over 650 students during the opening of the academic year! With a new school year comes new parties, events, and challenges, making it the perfect time to discuss sexual harassment, racism, and the power of bystander intervention. Our conversations sparked curiosity, empowering students to recognise harmful behaviors and take action to create safer spaces on campus. The 5 D's of bystander intervention were a hit, with students loving our saddle covers that turn a ride to class into a reminder to stand up and speak out! If you're interested in a community event or free training at your campus, get in touch!
