It’s official: this September, we reached the remarkable milestone of 500+ employees. To put that into perspective, here's what that number represents: 🚍 For a road trip with 500 people, we'd need 10 buses. 📽️ To watch a movie together, we'd have to book two entire average-sized theaters. ⚽ We could form 50 football teams, fill 20 classrooms, or board up to three large airplanes. We feel incredibly fortunate! Thank you for choosing us, sharing your talent and energy, and believing in our common goals and values. Interestingly, our 500th employee joined the Sales department – a perfect way to celebrate our busiest season yet! 🥰

New country, same mission — bringing the best business account experience to SMEs! This year, we officially landed in Spain, setting up our new office hub in Barcelona and launching Spanish IBANs. Fast forward a few months, and our Spanish team has grown to over 100 employees — making up a solid 20% of our global workforce. We’re thrilled to say, our momentum hasn’t gone unnoticed! Victor M. Sanz Nuñez, our Head of Finom in Spain, recently had the pleasure of speaking with La Vanguardia about our entry into the Spanish market. You’ll find the link to the full interview in the comments. Remember when we won an actual Guinness World Records title at our Cyprus birthday party? Now you can see it with your own eyes 🏆 To celebrate our 5th birthday, we decorated 645 cake pops in an hour – with Mr. Glenn Andrew Pollard, an official Guinness World Records adjudicator, to witness it. While cake pops and fintech might seem worlds apart, there’s a connection. To be one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintech companies, you need to be creative, team-obsessed, lightning-fast yet precise, and have the courage to stand out. That’s exactly what we showcased by winning a Guinness World Records title. Lastly, we want to positively impact the communities we’re part of. It’s an honor to bring another World Record to Cyprus! As Kos Stiskin, our co-founder and VP of Strategy, says, “This record isn’t just a milestone for Finom – we’re excited to keep adding to Cyprus’ proud moments.”
