    Our team spent the entire weekend at Lowlands giving the Lowlanders the full For You Agency experience with our talents and campaigns, and the non-Lowlanders FOMO through our content. ⛺️ With our campaign for Liquid I.V., we invited a bunch of creators to come celebrate Lowlands with us. This resulted in fun times, cool content and a lot of hydration.💧 Our content team was there to capture it all, creating in-time content of the festival, creators and the amazing Liquid I.V. hydration station. 📸 And that’s not all, because we got to enjoy a surprise act of Roxy Dekker at the Coca Cola stage, creator Robin Komin joined IKEA this weekend to check out their Drömland, and creator Lot Mulder accompanied Andrelon to have a good hair day, every day.     Brand Mixoloshe did a rebranding and announced it in the coolest way. We already know that raw and authentic content is the way to go among Gen Z. Well, the non-alcoholic cocktail brand Mixoloshe decided to make use of that. What did they do? They started out 60 days before their rebranding. So-called ‘Nicole the intern’ started a new series. The first video said: “60 days remaining to prove to my boss that smashing this can is more effective than his entire marketing strategy." Because of the realness of the first video, it feels authentic, and people get invested. The first few videos were very low-budget, filmed with an iPhone in a backyard, with minimal production. As the videos continued and the days went by, the production quality and budget clearly increased. Nicole got more creative, and the videos became crazier. This kept the viewers invested. Eventually, on day 60, Nicole posted a high-budget (almost like a movie) video of her blowing up a car with Mixoloshe cans in it. Responsibilities: Data Strategy Development: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance our propositions Focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement. Dashboard Creation and Management: Lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of dashboards using tools like Google Data Studio and Meltwater. Provide real-time insights and performance tracking. Reporting and KPI setting. Insights Generation: Create actionable insights from data analysis, Provide clients with deep understanding and recommendations for optimizing their investments. Fueling insights for our For You Academy, Culture Reports & Masterclasses. Platform Analytics: Build and maintain strong relationships with TikTok and Meta Utilize advanced analytics tools and insights. Data-Driven Content: Integrate data insights into content creation and community management processes Enhance engagement and effectiveness. Tooling & Automation: Select and implement advanced analytics tools and automation systems Improve efficiency and effectiveness for our clients. Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years work experience in a data role, preferably within a social/digital agency; Experience and strong knowledge of the digital marketing and social media industry; Dashboarding Skills; proven experience creating and managing dashboards using Google Data Studio; Hands-on experience working with (paid) social advertising platforms, especially TikTok and Meta; Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations; Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic data initiatives that drive business outcomes; Client-focused: Strong client management skills with the ability to present data insights and strategic recommendations effectively; A team player, well-organized and strong initiative taker when it comes to setting up new projects and innovations.     This Gym Shark campaign is a perfect example of reactive marketing 💡 On May 6th, the Met Gala was here again, one of the most prestigious and glamorous fund-raising events in the fashion world. At this haute couture event, stars, creatives, and celebrities gather to walk the red carpet, showcase their unique designer outfits, dine, and enjoy entertainment and speeches. Every year, you just know: this event will generate a lot of social media attention. The marketing geniuses at GymShark saw an opportunity in this. They decided to create their own version of the event: The Sweat Gala. Drawing inspiration from the best-dressed celebrities at the Met Gala, they recreated these looks using GymShark archives. They accomplished this within 24 hours of the Met Gala. This smart move allowed them to tap into one of the year's biggest cultural moments in a unique and unexpected way.     Is TikTok competing against Instagram now? 🤳 A while ago TikTok made it possible for users to upload pictures into the app, as a slideshow, or by themselves. We know that TikTok has been pushing photos among their users. Now they’ve announced something new:  An entire new app, just for pictures. TikTok Notes is a new app, launched by TikTok, just for photos. Right now it looks like a mix of Pinterest and Instagram. It’s an unexpected move for a platform thats based on video content. Usually Meta is the one copying other social platforms, like how Instagram added stories and reels into their app. Now it looks like TikTok is starting to compete against Instagram. The app isn’t available in the Netherlands yet, as it’s still in its testing phase. For now it's only available in a couple of countries. We’re curious what it will do when it actually launches.
