Wet DBA handhaven, VBAR in 2026, ‘incompliant’ freelancers inhuren… Het zijn allemaal kreten die je tegenkomt wanneer je googelt over tijdelijke inhuur of werken met freelancers. Maar waar gaat tijdelijke inhuur nu echt over? In essentie draait het om het slim opvangen van tekorten omdat permanente medewerkers simpelweg niet te vinden zijn voor een specifieke rol, project of opdracht (óf het is natuurlijk niet permanent nodig). Anno 2024 - de noodzaak van tijdelijke inhuur is dus glashelder. Toch raken bedrijven nerveus omdat ze niet goed weten welke kant het opgaat en welke stappen ze moeten nemen. Het wordt dus spannend... maar tijdelijke inhuur blijft praktisch onmisbaar. Daarom een stapje terug - waarom is tijdelijke inhuur onmisbaar geworden? Wij zien 7 trends in de markt en bij onze klanten, die een beeld geven. 👇 1. Simpelweg elk bedrijf loopt tegen tekorten aan (letterlijk elk bedrijf) 2. Flexibel werken is de norm geworden (duh, post-covid) 3. Opkomst van ‘Quiet Hiring’ (ja, dit bestaat echt: zoek maar op) 4. Medewerkers vergrijzen sneller dan we kunnen aannemen (sh*t) 5. Digitalisering gaat harder dan bedrijven kunnen ‘upskillen’ (sh*t++) 6. Globalisering maakt elk talent technisch gezien toegankelijk (erg handig) 7. Outputgericht inhuren wordt steeds populairder (DE kans) Hopelijk geven deze trends een stukje inzicht (zeker als je even doordenkt). Ps.
