HLTH Europe 2024 was a great success and it was the climax of an eight-week marathon (aka ‘conference’ season). We had great interactions with surgeons and nurses on what they need to do their work like they would want it. Our current solution and the new functionalities that we are working on, seem to be very much being welcomed by clinicians. We are now integrated with ChipSoft, Epic, and SCS Oracle Cerner Ishmed, and we are readily available to aide in the management of postoperative patients and enable proactive surgery care. Exciting News from the Healthplus.ai Team 🚀 Healthplus.ai is thrilled to announce that it has achieved ISO13485 and CE certification (Class IIa under the Medical Device Regulation) for its innovative Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), PERISCOPE®. This cutting-edge tool utilizes existing electronic health records to precisely predict post-surgical infection risks within 7- and 30-days for each patient, marking a significant milestone in patient care and safety. With these certifications, Healthplus.ai is now licensed to operate within the EU, initially focusing on the Benelux countries and Germany, while also pursuing FDA approval for the US market. It is a big complement to the leadership of Nuno Elmano Lima in close cooperation with Marisa Polo and Bart Steverink, and for the whole team who worked hard on this; Siri van der Meijden, Kathryn Lake, Maryse Wiewel, Laurens Schinkelshoek, Pedro Juan Segura Cabrera, Justin van der Hout and Luuk Mes.

🚀 Last week, Healthplus.ai attended The Cedars-Sinai Accelerator for a week-long program. It was a brilliant program that learned us about the US market, regulation, legal, reimbursement, interoperability and much much more.
