Our collaboration with EVN enters a new chapter as we embark on our second project together, electrifying bus services in Baden, #Austria! 🚌⚡ We installed our future-proof Flex system, also integrating pantographs. These pantographs enable dynamic charging, allowing fast #EVcharging during operation hours and gentle, slow charging overnight. 🔌 With the chargers in operation and four new eBuses on the roads, the project is nearing completion, marking a significant step toward #emobility. Kudos to the great #team working together to make zero-emission bus service a reality. 💚

⚡Electrifying the #UK, one bus at a time! 🚍 Together with FirstGroup plc, we continue to electrify #England, from Bristol to Basildon. 4 regions, 178 new electric buses, 5 new depots: cleaner air and a better travel experience for rural communities and interurban routes. £89 million invested, supported by the UK governments ZEBRA 2 funding programme. Our journey has already started ahead of #COP26 in 2021 with the implementation of the UK's largest electric bus depot in Glasgow, #Scotland. Upon their opening, Heliox and First Bus will have worked together on 14 electric bus charging depots. First Bus will then have a fleet of approximately 800 electric buses, a major step in its commitment to operate a fully zero-emission fleet by 2035. 🚌 It is a pleasure to collaborate so closely with a partner who shares the same vision for #emobility. 💚 Siemens Infrastructure
