Student complex Limburglaan in Maastricht is nearing completion, and we’re thrilled to welcome the first students on December 2! 🎉 Limburglaan offers 105 fully furnished studios, each equipped with space-saving bunk beds, perfect for student life. But that's not all! Students will also have access to a shared meeting point (available mid-December) and a garden, providing the ideal spaces to connect, study, and relax. Last month, we brought together our teams from offices all across the country for an unforgettable day! What an incredible week! 🎉 Last Friday, we officially received the keys to De Evert in The Hague from VORM Holding. All 313 apartments were pre-let, and we couldn't wait to start welcoming our new residents. In just one week, we've already greeted the first 275 residents. To celebrate, our team was on hand with music, bubbly drinks, and good vibes, making it a move-in day to remember 🥂 What makes De Evert special? It's an amazing community that is coming to life. With residents from 59 different nationalities, the atmosphere is as vibrant and diverse as it gets. We're excited to share some of the wonderful faces that make up this first chapter for De Evert. Ceylonpoort offers 162 energy-efficient A+++ apartments, maisonettes, and penthouses, featuring modern living spaces and shared amenities like a gym and laundry room, perfect for meeting neighbors and building a community. Meet Matt, our dedicated Area Manager for #Maastricht and #Sittard.
