When we realize a new project, we always factor in unexpected circumstances. This so happened at our project site in Lithuania, where a heavy storm took place. Luckily, our robust tanks and equipment could withstand the bad weather. Martins Dombrovskis, Area Sales Manager, about the effects of the storm. ↓ "Due to our concrete tanks and choice of materials, the biogas plant can endure bad storms. A biogas project begins by identifying specific needs and the best fitting solution - a turnkey biogas facility, solely design and supply of key components, or repowering an existing biogas plant. This flexibility in contracting is visible in our past and current projects. In Malmesbury and Ilkeston in the United Kingdom, HoSt realized turnkey biogas plants. Turnkey translates to constructing the entire project, from design to realization. These biogas facilities have successfully been producing biogas for multiple years now. A reduced scope consisting solely of design and key components or repowering is seen in our past projects in the Czech Republic and the Netherlands. 🌱 Look at these beautiful before and after pictures of our recent project in the Czech Republic. This biogas plant runs 100% on food waste and HoSt ensured the repowering of the facility - meaning we delivered and designed key components. Key components included among others new roofs and an additional tank. The repowering of a biogas plant improves the productivity and long-term viability of the existing plant with technological advancements. #biogasplant #biomethane #energytech #CzechRepublic
