On 5th April, we are hosting a Saturday Brunch at BARBOUNIA with UN Women and UNIDO. Through this event, we aim to raise awareness and contribute to the "Blue Me Away" initiative under Rabeha—a joint programme dedicated to creating sustainable economic opportunities for women in Egypt through artisanal craftsmanship. Mediterranean dishes will be served, alongside Veuve Clicquot Champagne. UNIDO advisor Caterina Occhio will deliver an inspirational talk, and attendees can take home a custom-made crochet bag and bag charm handcrafted by women artisans in Egypt. The majority of proceeds from this event will directly support the women artisans in Egypt, equipping them with the resources to build a brighter future.
