Meet Oliver, Oliver de Castro is a creative and talented designer at Amud. He has graduated in Architecture from TU Delft AND has contributed to a variety of our projects from spatial to digital design exploring and expanding his expertise in design beyond the spatial realm. Check out what he has to say about his work and future in design: Where do you see the future (of design)? I imagine a future where digital art and virtual spaces seamlessly integrate into our daily lives, redefining our concept of what our environment can look like without physical constraints. It's an exciting shift towards a more imaginative and surreal world. Why House of Amud? At House of Amud, I have the opportunity to work on a variety of disciplines in design to develop concepts that blend both the physical and digital experience of our projects. As a designer, I love incorporating the core concept into every detail of our projects, navigating the different disciplines of design such as architecture and brand identity.     What do you enjoy doing in your free time? In my free time I like to create digital art like animations and 3D models. Immersing myself in surreal worlds sparks my creativity and helps me continuously develop new skills. 

Meet Agibold, Agibold Strijker started his internship at Amud exploring spatial and experience design with a great focus on human-centred design and social interactions. He is a talented and dedicated creative seeking to establish himself as an experience designer. This year Agibold is graduating in Interaction design from TU Delft (Faculty of industrial design). Check out what he has to say about his experience and future in design: Where do you see the future (of design)? I envision a future with a strong emphasis on experience. How people experience products, services, and spaces will become more important. To me, experiences are events that go beyond the ordinary, evoking more intense feelings than usual. As a designer, I strive to create these impactful experiences and leave a lasting impression on people.   Why House of Amud? I resonate with House of Amud's interdisciplinary approach to design. Like myself, they believe that good design comes from combining different disciplines and perspectives. Using different disciplines is key to creating well-rounded, impactful designs that are functional, emotionally engaging and memorable. What do you enjoy doing in your free time? In my spare time, I'm passionate about DJing. I love curating music to create memorable experiences for people, shaping unique atmospheres that resonate emotionally. I find a fascinating overlap between DJing and design—both involve creating experiences that deeply connect with others.
