On March 11, ICCA’s Sector Venues hosted their first webinar of the year, tackling the topic: "Diversifying Income is Crucial for the Growth of Venues." With 65+ participants from all regions and two sessions to accommodate different time zones, the webinar brought together industry leaders to discuss how congress venues are evolving beyond business events. From cultural activities and film shoots to immersive experiences and warehouse sales, venues are becoming integral parts of their cities. The discussions highlighted that in an ever-changing world, venues must diversify to remain economically viable and sustainable.
