On September 1, 2024 , the Honourable Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Mr. Wale Edun, signed the Value Added Tax (Modification) Order, 2024, officially gazetted on the 2nd of October, 2024. DVAN-collega's boeken succes bij Europees Hof Door diverse internationale en nationale media wordt uitgebreid aandacht besteed aan deze belangrijke uitspraak van het Europees Hof van Justitie. Voor het eerst heeft het Hof zich namelijk uitgelaten over zogenaamde pariteitsclausules die onlinehotelreserveringsplatformen hanteren. Het oordeel van het Hof is duidelijk: pariteitsclausules zijn niet nodig voor de goede werking van deze platformen. Hulde aan onze collega’s Eric Janssen, Ton van Oosten en Joris Droppert, die in deze zaak begin dit jaar in de rechtszaal stonden van het Europees Hof van Justitie in Luxemburg. En met succes: hun pleidooi heeft nu geleid tot deze veelbetekenende uitspraak van het Hof. Onze klanten zijn opgetogen en onze DVAN-collega’s trots.
