👇👇👇Meet our new colleague Nickolas Thiveos 👇👇👇 Hello everyone! My name is Nickolas, and I’m 28 years old. I recently joined the Dutch iPS team in Capelle aan den IJssel as a Jr. Payroll Consultant. I am an organized and friendly individual with strong leadership skills, excelling at fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. I hold a degree in Geography from the University of the Aegean and have trained as a Lieutenant Surveyor at the Artillery School. This background has equipped me with expertise in cartography, geographic databases, urban planning, and environmental studies, as well as proficiency in GIS software, drone operations, and computer literacy. Throughout my career, I’ve had diverse roles, including work as a shipping agent and in hospitality, where I honed my adaptability, leadership, and teamwork skills while managing logistics and ensuring quality standards. My military service further strengthened my organizational abilities and commitment to continuous learning. In my most recent role as a cargo surveyor, I leveraged my experience to excel in logistical coordination, risk assessment, and quality assurance. I am skilled in efficiently managing operations, maintaining high standards through meticulous inspections, and collaborating effectively to achieve goals. My proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization ensures operational efficiency and minimizes downtime.
