In today's digital age, the rapid spread of misinformation and false narratives alongside infectious diseases has given rise to what experts term an "infodemic." This phenomenon occurs when an overwhelming amount of information—both accurate and inaccurate—circulates widely, making it difficult for individuals to discern fact from fiction. To tackle this issue, we as pharmacists play a great role in creating awareness and educating those around us on how we all should access reliable information. Through this course, we hope that we can increase awareness and educate individuals on navigating misinformation during public health crises.
