This position will work collaboratively with both the Learning For Well-Being Institute (L4WB-i) and the Learning for Well-being Foundation (L4WB-F). 📋 Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, acting as the first point of contact for correspondence and calls. • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. • Prepare and edit minutes, correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. • Implement and maintain procedures, databases, and filing systems. • Co-organise events, team retreats, and gatherings. • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed. 🌍 Location: Remote, with availability between 9:00 CET and 17:00 CET.
