As a Financial Administrative Assistant, your role involves include but not limited to: Financial administration (70% of your tasks): - Handling weekly payments, invoices and royalties; - Booking, processing purchase and sales invoices, bank processing, payments, VAT declaration, ICP, CBS, PRN declaration; Processing employee declarations and taking care of the quarterly closing. - Human resources, keeping track of (leave) hours and reporting changes in payroll administration. The fourth largest in the world, has consistently built on its service capabilities and has diversified into seven segments, namely time-definite express, economy express, freight, cold chain and pharmaceutical, intra-city on-demand delivery, supply chain, and international business (including international express, international freight and freight forwarding, and supply chain), revolving around the establishment of a logistics ecosystem. As an EU Operation Director, your responsibilities involve, including but not limited: - Responsible for the implementation and management of all matters related to overall overseas operations; - Forecast, formulate, and break down business area management goals such as cost, quality, and efficiency; diagnose and improve functional weaknesses and business shortcomings, and promote implementation; - Operations implementation management: based on full-chain goals, clarify the core capabilities design for the CD segment. Lead resource strategy formulation, project implementation, and daily operations for the C segment (customs clearance) and D segment (last-mile delivery), establish and implement a mechanism for the selection, training, utilization, and retention of CD segment suppliers, and build advantages in logistics efficiency, cost, and service in Europe through business cooperation and capability co-construction; - Design and implement all overseas process SOPs and monitor their implementation; - Address various operational anomalies (such as last-mile congestion, lost packages, etc.) through local interventions, coordinate and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations; - Overall management of the entire operations team.
