Imagine a shoe that fits the shape of your foot perfectly, thanks to a 3D-printed test shoe designed to match the shoe last precisely. And yes, the test shoe is indeed transparent. Interestingly, producing a pair of these test shoes costs only about 3 euros and they can be printed in just 1.5 hours per foil. Next to 3D printing the whole last, we're now printing wood for footwear with no infill, subsequently filling the hollow structures with PU Foam. This method drastically cuts down production time to 4-8 hours per shoe last and allows for post-processing, ensuring high-quality, excellent shoes.
