Made Blue realiseert schoon drinkwater in ontwikkelingslanden door het dagelijks watergebruik op steeds meer plaatsen te spiegelen. Zoals hier: 1. In de horeca - lokaal plat en bruisend water koelen en tappen met impact 2. Op kantoren - waterkoelers voor plat en bruisend water met een verhaal 3. In hotels - water besparen door gasten hun besparing te laten doneren 4. Voor bedrijven - het spiegelen van de watervoetafdruk of waterbesparing 5. Women and children suffer the most from lack of access to clean water. Walking many miles a day to fetch water for their families prevents them from making a living or going to school. That's why we like to say that it's not just water that flows out of a tap - but also time, which allows them to break a generational curse and make something out of their lives.

Only 3% of the residents of Freetown, Sierra Leone have access to running water at home. More than half of schools in the country do not have clean water, causing approximately 1,2 million school children to have to relieve themselves in the open air instead of being able to use a safe and clean toilet. We want to help change this. For this special project we've teamed up with our long time ambassadors Hoogwegt and Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods to build and renovate water points in this area, and supplement daily free school lunches with milk powder to help students grow up stronger and healthier. After joining our impact journey to Fort Portal, Conferentiehotel Kontakt der Kontinenten established a special boardroom with proceeds supporting our WASH & Learn project in Uganda.
