Dit doe je niet alleen rechtstreeks met de operators op het gebied van o.a. planning, verzuim, verlof en ontwikkeling, maar ook richting de ondersteunende afdelingen om te zorgen dat de Productie zo soepel mogelijk verloopt. Daarnaast werk je aan het steeds verder zelfstandig laten functioneren van je team en initieer en stimuleer je continue verbeteren van de processen zodat de organisatie doorgroeit naar World Class. Je volgt nauwgezet de medische standaarden en veiligheidsinstructies, vooral bij het werken met chemicaliën.
