👉 𝗢𝗽𝗱𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗵𝘁 𝘃𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗳𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘇𝘂𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗻 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗶𝗸 𝗯𝗶𝗷 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗵𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 Met trots kunnen wij aankondigen dat RWB Water de opdracht heeft gekregen voor de levering van een geavanceerde waterzuiveringsinstallatie bij de nieuwe fabriek van Morssinkhof - Rymoplast in Neufchâteau. Dit project richt zich op de afvalwaterzuivering middels een biologische zuivering en membraanfiltratie (MBR), wat een essentiële stap is in het hergebruik van water binnen de fabriek. ♻💧 In samenwerking met RvB Groep als civiele aannemer, Brusche Elektrotechniek als E&PA aannemer zal RWB Water als WTB aannemer zorgdragen voor de implementatie van deze innovatieve technologie. De nieuwe fabriek, waar jaarlijks 60.000 ton plastic gerecycled zal worden, combineert voor het eerst voor Morssinkhof - Rymoplast de verwerking van zowel PET-flessen als trays. Dit unieke proces brengt nieuwe uitdagingen en kansen met zich mee. 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 Morssinkhof zal op locatie al het regenwater opvangen, verzamelen en inzetten als proceswater. Daarnaast heeft een pilotstudie bevestigd dat membraanbioreactor (MBR) technologie het vuile proceswater effectief kan zuiveren, waardoor een deel veilig op het oppervlaktewater geloosd kan worden en een deel gerecycled kan worden. Dit is vooral cruciaal in Neufchâteau, waar geen mogelijkheid is om afvalwater op het gemeentelijk riool te lozen. Het uiteindelijke streven van Morssinkhof is om op deze locatie al het regenwater op te vangen en te opereren op 100% regenwater. This week, we proudly laid the first stone of our new MOPET recycling facility in Neufchâteau, Belgium! 🎉 This cutting-edge factory will specialize in transforming PET trays into granules, primarily for new tray production (tray-to-tray) and PET bottles, with a significant portion dedicated to bottle-to-bottle recycling. ♻️   We're thrilled to announce that 95% of our feedstock will come from Fost Plus, ensuring that our recycled materials stay within the Belgian market. 🌍   Mopet Belgium marks our 11th facility in Europe, promising great socio-economic benefits for the region.
