🚀 Exciting Update from HomeQuote! 🚀 Since May 2024, our team has been diligently collecting and analyzing demographic data to generate the most valuable leads from a payable audience. After 6 weeks of thorough data analysis, we are thrilled to share some significant results and insights! We examined 30k leads from key home improvement verticals such as bathrooms, gutters, windows, and roofing. By comparing initial demographic parameters with lead performance by the end of June, we've uncovered our first key insight based on Credit Score data: 🔹 Good News: 70% of generated leads had credit scores of 600+, which significantly boosted our Gross to NET Sales conversion rate from 30% to 60%! 🔹 Top Appointment Set Rates: Credit scores of 700-800+ had a 14.94% appointment rate. Credit scores under 549 had a 14.45% appointment rate. 🔹 Lowest Appointment Set Rate: Middle scores of 650-699 showed the lowest appointment rate at 10.88%.
