The UK has just launched the Regulatory Innovation Office (RIO), aiming to streamline regulatory processes for some of the country’s fastest-growing sectors, including digital health and AI. This new initiative is a welcome step towards reducing red tape, ensuring that innovative technologies like digital diagnostic solutions and AI-powered healthcare tools can reach the market - and the public - more quickly. It's fantastic to see the government prioritising digital health and recognising the challenges that current inefficient, disconnected, and often burdensome regulatory systems pose for innovators. At Naq, we know firsthand how these complexities can slow progress. We’re excited to see how RIO will impact the sector, and we’re hopeful that these reforms will reduce barriers for innovators, ensuring more groundbreaking solutions make it to market without getting lost in regulatory complexity. Read more about the RIO and its potential impact below. https://bit.ly/407QQY6 #DigitalHealth #AI #MedTech #RegulatoryReform #Innovation #NHS #NaqCyber

🎉Best Use of Cyber Security at the Health Tech Digital Awards 2024 🎉 You can't be compliant without being secure. The most essential frameworks protecting patient data - GDPR, NHS DSPT, Cyber Essentials, and ISO 27001 -require innovators to implement strong security measures to keep patient data safe. Yet, regulatory compliance in digital health is rarely discussed through the lens of cybersecurity. 🛡️ That’s why we’re so proud to announce this recognition from the Health Tech Digital Awards for Best Use of Cyber Security! Our platform not only ensures innovators comply with frameworks like DTAC, but also helps them implement the security measures needed to protect their data, businesses, and most importantly - patient data. With Naq, cybersecurity isn’t complex, it becomes seamlessly embedded within our customers' organisations while, of course, keeping them compliant! A big thank you to the Health Tech Digital team for this incredible recognition! 🙏 We’re excited to continue helping health tech innovators stay both compliant and secure. 🚀 See the full list of winners here: https://lnkd.in/eW9Pqpf2

Don’t forget NIS2, DiGA, and NEN7510. Managing all these can be challenging, but Naq’s platform is already helping hundreds of innovators streamline compliance, giving them more time to focus on innovation. With this support from CPI funding, we’re excited to see more innovators break through regulatory and financial barriers that hinder market entry. 💼 Only the first 300 applications will be considered, so don’t wait! 👉 Read more and apply here: https://lnkd.in/eKed3NHK
