This 7-part split mould has arrived in France after 3 days of transport, where our team will help with the alignment and permanently bond the two middle mould parts together. Thanks to our 5-axis CNC milling machines (26 x 6 x 3 meters) and innovative, lightweight materials such as composites, EPS hotspray and seamless pastes with a high degree of finishing (high gloss), limitations to size and shape are decreasing, while tolerances are becoming increasingly accurate. We offer our clients maximum freedom to create.

We kijken er naar uit als de gevel straks in Amsterdam hangt. Een kijkje achter het (gevel)scherm van de UvA! In deze video nemen we je mee in het productieproces van het gevelscherm voor de UvA. De gevel is volledig 3D-geprint met een Digital Light Processing techniek en vervolgens voorzien van een bronslaag van VeroMetal. Een uniek en duurzaam meesterwerk met bijzondere vormen, dat past in de historische binnenstad van Amsterdam. De zin “Lees maar, er staat niet wat er staat” uit het gedicht Awater van Martinus Nijhoff wordt op het gevelscherm weergegeven in de 24 verschillende talen waarin de UvA lesgeeft. Dit weerspiegelt de culturele ode aan diversiteit en educatie. Binnenkort worden de onderdelen gemonteerd op het nieuwbouwgedeelte van de universiteitsbibliotheek. EN - We congratulate the TU Delft Hydro Motion Team on making history by becoming the first ever fully hydrogen-powered boat to cross the North Sea! Starting in Breskens in the Netherlands they sailed 169 kilometres with only 12,3 kilograms of hydrogen to Ramsgate Royal Harbour, England. Proud to be a partner of the team and supplying the direct moulds of the hull. A compliment to innovative and sustainable marine technology. NL - We feliciteren het TU Delft Hydro Motion Team met het schrijven van geschiedenis door als eerste boot op waterstof de Noordzee over te steken! Vanuit Breskens in Nederland voeren ze 169 kilometer met slechts 12,3 kilogram waterstof naar Ramsgate Royal Harbour in Engeland. Trots om partner van het team te zijn en de direct mallen van de romp te hebben geleverd.
