Meet Edwin, our talented stylist who has been a vital part of our team since 2000. With over two decades of experience, Edwin thrives on the diversity of his role. Whether it's creating fresh, commercial collections or traveling to production countries and on inspiration trips, his work never feels repetitive. What motivates Edwin to come to work every day? His colleagues, the engaging tasks, and the enjoyable atmosphere. Outside of work, Edwin has a passion for food, music, and exploring different cultures. When asked about the company culture at No Excess, Edwin describes it as having a constant, positive buzz in the office.

Meet Annemarie, Sales Support Annemarie enjoys the diversity her job offers the most. During the sales season, she ensures everything runs smoothly. Outside the sales period, she visits our SIS locations, which presents a new challenge each time. When asked what motivates her to come to work, Annemarie responds: "The joy and satisfaction I get, as well as the good working atmosphere." Meet Michael, Sales Germany Michael thinks the most exciting thing about his job is that no two days are the same. Every customer is different, and so is the path to the goal. He enjoys the close and cooperative partnerships in his role. Outside of work, Michael's biggest hobby is spending time with his family and friends and supporting his children in their sporting goals. Additionally, he enjoys playing football himself. What is important about the connection between Germany and the Netherlands within No Excess? Michael believes that always being in close contact and working together as one big team is crucial. In the end, they are all pursuing the same goal.

Meet Florence - the curator of samples and product photography. What Floor loves most about her role is the variety it offers. Her goal for 2024 is to increase involvement in marketing and e-commerce activities, fostering improved collaboration and a deeper understanding of each other's roles.
