Human intelligence and artificial intelligence are powerfully complementary. Recently, NAISR's academic staff benefited from a professional development AI workshop hosted by the educational team from Risbo, Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam with Sandra Lousberg and William Pitz leading the way. Their energy and ideas had us all fired up and ready to bring fresh inspiration into the classroom. Together, we're ready to “Make It Happen!” 🚀. And whatever happens, we'll be sure our students are ready.

It was an exciting morning for our Year 5 and Year 6 students today as they explored the world of AI during a workshop from NextGen AI! 🤖 Students had a blast creating their own bots, customising them, and exploring different prompts to enhance their creations. From crafting lyrics to making AI art, they enjoyed every moment of this fabulous experience. Here's to preparing our students for the future! 🚀 A huge thank you to Mr. Johan Richard van Dongen from Marengo-vet for making this possible and to Bastiaan Arkenbout and his team to visiting our school and educating our students in the field of AI. #AIWorkshop #FutureReady

🌱🌍 EARTH DAY: With the whole of Europe getting ready for the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive - Thanks to American Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands (AmCham) and PwC Nederland for their presentations on "First Lessons Learned". At NAISR, we are educating and equipping students for the #SDGs for a healthier planet and brighter future. Parents, Anja Blondin from ClimatePartner, Tatjana Scroggie from The Ocean Cleanup, and Mr. Lincoln Prince who shared stories from his youth growing up in the Amazon, we thank you for your interactive presentations. Each of you gave our students a closer look at the challenges we may face in the future and what we can do to take action. We are also grateful to the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) 🐼, who gave us prizes for the Trash2Treasure competition. 👣🐾🌍💦🐟 #NoPlanetB #OceanCleanUp #ClimateChange #SDGs #CarbonFootprint #WWF 🐼
