In recognition of World Mental Health Day this week, we held a Wellbeing Day across the Ohpen offices. The Ohpeneers were treated to delicious breakfasts, healthy lunches, and massages to release tension and reconnect.   The day offered an opportunity to reflect on the importance of mental health and share ideas to maintain healthy minds and bodies. It was rounded off with an activity to socialize and catch up with our colleagues.   Thank you to the Facilities teams across the offices for organizing.

This week, we announced that we've extended our partnership with Cognizant. With Cognizant's Business Process Outsource (BPO) services, we'll be digitalizing legacy processes to drive far greater efficiencies throughout the mortgage application process. Last week we held our Client Board, a series of sessions dedicated to connecting with our partners and customers, sharing insights and updates, and catching up more informally. It was great to see a lot of engagement during our roadmap session from Savings & Investments, and our partners found a lot of value in our presentation on DORA (the Digital Operational Resilience Act) and our interpretation of the act. + Special thanks to Cognizant for sharing key market insights. In recognition of #WorldAnimalDay, say hello to our very important (and furry) team members, Panzi and Cody 🐾  At our offices in Amsterdam and Barcelona, we welcomed our Ohpeneers to bring their furry friends to the office, something these two clearly love. Here you can see Panzi is getting ready to deliver a "pawsome" knockout customer experience, while Cody is busy mastering our 'core-barking platform' (he's got the woof-flow down).

This year, Ohpen made the decision to focus more on holistic employee wellbeing, emphasizing prevention over cure. With support from OpenUp, which offers resources for mental and physical wellbeing, our goal is to create an open culture around mental health. Spearheaded by our Head of People, Serumi Bakker, the People & Facilities team have been organizing events and initiatives throughout the year to support our people.
