The ACESO project, part of the PharmaNL Shared Development Infrastructure program, aims to enhance screening by integrating advanced automation, assay technologies, and software solutions to accelerate early drug discovery. Pivot Park Screening Centre will optimize its core capabilities through collaboration with equipment and software suppliers, and test these innovations in case studies with ACESO partners. The consortium includes Pivot Park Screening Centre, TropIQ Health Sciences, Oncolines B.V., Saillant Therapeutics, and other early-stage drug discovery providers and biotech companies. Family day! Today, we welcomed our family and friends. Via a guided tour through our new labs in the Marie Curie Building at Pivot Park, our dearest learned about our daily work: How we help to bring new therapies to the right patient populations faster.

After months of dedication and collaboration, we celebrated the official opening of our brand-new Marie Curie building at Pivot Park. ! 🏢🎉 The day kicked off with an inspiring keynote speech from Hans Schikan, followed by a dynamic panel discussion where Constantijn Van Oranje-Nassau, Frank den Brok, Martijn van Gruijthuijsen, Jennifer Bath, Ph.D. and Brigitte Drees shared their insights. Guests got the chance to get an exclusive company tour, guided by the building’s tenants to have a look at their state-of-the-art laboratories and office spaces, offering a glimpse into the future of innovation. The day concluded with an official ceremony and a celebratory reception, where we toasted to this exciting milestone. Marie Curie building Pivot Park is ready for the grand opening tomorrow

In addition to ATPLite (Revvity), we now also offer cell panel profiling studies with CellTox Green (Promega Corporation ) as an assay readout for Oncolines cell panel profiling studies. Our standard viability assays with ATPLite measure the intracellular ATP concentration as an indirect marker of cell number. The CellTox Green assay makes use of a  non-lytic fluorescent probe. Viable cells, having an intact membrane, show low fluorescence as the dye cannot enter the cell. In dying or dead cells, when the integrity of the cell membrane is lost, the dye will enter the cell and bind to DNA. Upon formation of the dye-DNA complex, the fluorescence signal increases
