Last Friday, we had yet another successful company day! We channeled our inner Van Gogh with a fun painting class. Today Moritz Kentmann, Fabio Frota, and Jaap Linssen co-hosted a knowledge and networking session 'Copilot Connect' with Vita Shanna Bosmans at Microsoft HQ in Amsterdam. We connected ASML, ING, The HEINEKEN Company, Rabobank, and FrieslandCampina to discuss adoption and value of #Copilot in their organisations. They shared many of the same opportunities and also had many similar issues. These sessions are great to make you feel that you're not alone. @Microsoft offers a #learningcentre for #Copilot.
Microsoft just launched an #onlinelearning environment for #Copilot in #VivaLearn. I think this is a good step and the courses offered are quite well aligned with what basic needs people might have and to get them introduced to various topics. For normal people they cover: - Intro - Intro to prompts - Saving time - Creating and trasforming - Collaborating and Engaging - Put it together (Combining all of the above) Admins also have a long list of training with attention to design, security, permissions, roles, access, data classification, etc. I think this stuff is great for smaller organisations and for people to just start on their own. For larger enterprises, you'd want a bit more grip on who gets Copilot and then train them a bit more specifically. The admin stuff is good if you run IT yourself or with a handful of people. For larger orgs, coordination is necessary.

Microsoft announces Copilot Pages - AI for collaboration You can now have what we all (used to) call a #MSLoop page to work on with your colleagues permanently flanked by a persistent interface with #Copilot. Why is this a big deal? It is Microsoft's first step to turn a personal productivity tool into something that helps collaboration. Basically, it allows you to quickly created pieces of content on Copilot and add that to the file you're working on with your colleagues. It is in no way shocking as you could also just copy and paste. However, the big problem we see in Copilot adoption is that it still isn't routine for people to switch back and forth between your file and Copilot. These pages can be personalised with covers, icons, and colours. Make use of its different formats, from tables to checklists and bulleted lists.
